Interests:

As mentioned, Asia has an abundance of cultures, languages, and places to experience! When planning your trip, also consider your personal interests. What do you like to do on a trip? Do you like to be active during a trip? Visit Sapa, a village in northwest Vietnam that serves as the base for several scenic hiking routes. Are you interested in learning about Asian history? Visit the Taj Mahal in India, or the Great Wall of China for exquisite photos and sights that boast rich histories! Is indulging your hedonist side a priority on your trip? Phuket, Thailand boasts a wildly acclaimed party scene. With so many activities offered in Asia, it is important to understand your interests and apply that understanding to your trip-planning process!

Investment:

It is important to consider your budget as you plan your trip to Asia. While many Asian countries have the reputation of being low-cost vacation destinations, while there are certainly upscale destinations available as well! How much are you willing to spend on your trip? Will you attempt to cut corners in your food or accommodation budget? How much travel will be included in your trip; are you staying in one destination, or will you be hopping from country to country throughout your Asian vacation, and how much are you willing to spend on transportation? So, by understanding the limitations of your budget, you can plan your trip appropriately and avoid financial mishaps throughout your journey! Acknowledging your budgetary constraints will allow you to consider your best travel options and enjoy your trip without breaking the bank!
